SHIPPING POLICY
You will be updated via email on the progress of your package once it has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided. Shipping times vary for each product. When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Thank you for your business!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be processed through our customer service email (discountbaitsinfo@gmail.com). Items damaged during the shipping process must be processed within a week of delivery. Defective items will receive a full refund and 25% discount on next purchase. Unwanted items that are not defective or damaged can be returned for a full refund, although customers are responsible for return shipping costs, non-refundable transaction fees, and any other fees incurred as a result of their purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of request.
